Job Title: Digital Banking Officer @ NBP

About the Job:

National Bank of Pakistan invites bright and energetic individuals to become a part of its team as Digital Banking Officer. The job is framed in such a manner that it will enhance the bank's digital channels, products, and services in a way to offer convenient solutions to its clients.

Place of Posting: Karachi

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an approved university (local or foreign).
• Applicants who possess relevant certifications will be given due preference.

Age:  Maximum 45 years as of the date of the last day of submission of application.

Roles and Principal Duties / Responsibilities:

• Formulate, execute and operate digital banking strategies.
• Improve customer experience with cutting-edge digital solutions.
• Oversee performance of digital products and services.
• Work with internal and external parties to deliver projects on schedule.
• Perform market study and analysis for trends in digital banking.
• Comply with regulatory requirements for digital banking.
• Deliver training and support for emerging digital initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver reports to top management.
• Undertake any other assignments given by the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of digital banking products and services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good project management and organizational ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office and digital skills.

Employment Type:

Contract employment for three years (renewable upon performance basis).

Compensation:

Market competitive pay and other benefits according to the bank's policy.
