Position: Cricket Analyst

This role is responsible to manage and analyze data and video on player performance and game analytics to enhance coaching and management decisions.

Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s from an accredited University (preferably in a relevant field).

• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience, requires in-depth knowledge of Cricket systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively analyze performance data and footage from match environments and present this to coaches in an impactful manner to improve player performance and planning.

• Effectively manage large amounts of data and footage from training and playing environments.

• Work with Head Coach, Match Analysts, and Assistant Coaches by collecting and analyzing training data and footage to assist team and individual developments.

• Gather data from a match.

• Analyze opposition to select matches, players, and teams.

• Prepare presentation with SWOT analysis of opposing teams and players.

Competency Requirement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Hands-on experience with Sports Performance & Cricket Video editing skills.
